“ Great, efficient service. Food is consitently Max's- great while hot. The only downside was there was no water in the handwash area, they had to bring guests to their kitchen just to wash the soap off. Great stopover after a long drive. ”

“ The place is almost full when we arrived. Waited few minutes before we're seated. Service is fast. Got our food in about 10 minutes. The fried chicken as always is really good. Best paired with their banana catsup. They have now sizes for their rice. It comes in small, med or large. This is actually cheaper compared to getting another cup if you have a huge appetite. The sago gumalan is good. Refill service is fast (I had it bottomless). Enjoyed our lunch here after a long drive. ”
“ If coming from the north, traversing NLEX, after San Fernando exit is a great place for stop over. Max's offers good food in a small but cozy place. We ordered fried chicken, adobong kangkong with stuffed tofu, halohalo and mais con hielo. It didn't disappoint. Try it you'll love it. ”
“ Stopped here for lunch during our drive, and I have to say, the service was excellent—fast and efficient, which is perfect for those just making a quick stop. The food did not disappoint! The crispy pata was hands down the best I’ve ever had—ultra crispy and cooked to perfection. The sizzling tofu was also really good. There were a couple of flies in the restaurant, and unfortunately, one landed in our mango shake. However, the staff handled it well by promptly replacing it and even showing us the old one to assure us they didn’t just remove the fly but actually prepared a new drink. ”
